Click & Collect

Click & Collect is now available on www.lipstick.ie

You can now choose click & collect as an option at checkout. The location of pick up is available for customers based in the Dublin Area.

Your order will be received and we will send you a notification as soon as its ready for pick up (Usually within 24hours). Please adhere to Covid-19 guidelines when picking up. 

If your order has been placed on a weekend or bank holiday, the order fulfilment will take place on the next business day (Usually Mondays).

Please bring your confirmation email / order number with you on pick up.

Q. If I wish to change to shipping, how can I do that?

A. If you cannot make the pick up location and wish to change to shipping, contact us at sales@lipstick.ie and we will resolve this for you. You may be charged a shipping fee if the order is below €59. The outstanding amount of shipping will be sent as a payment request to your email. Once completed, we can ship your order! If your order as above €59, you can avail of the free shipping offer.
